The Royal Luxury Room in Split was absolutely amazing! The room had a cozy and comfortable vibe, thanks to the tile/marble floor and private entrance. I felt like I had my own little sanctuary. The sofa was super comfy too!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the tile/marble floor. But hey, that's just my opinion.

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying in this brand new, well-presented apartment. The location was stunning - perfectly situated in the heart of the old town, with everything we needed just a few steps away. Despite being centrally located, noise was not an issue. The bathroom was great and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a very cosy bed. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, providing us with lots of great tips and recommendations for restaurants and the surrounding area.

While we enjoyed our stay at the property, the steep stairs were a bit of a challenge.

We did have a few small issues during our stay, the worst of which was the lack of pigeon proofing on the window ledge. It wasn't a huge inconvenience, but it did cause some annoyance during our stay.

The apartment’s key location meant anything we needed was just a few steps away. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. The bathroom was spacious and lovely to use, and the sitting area was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring.

The only minor problem we had was with some noise from birds that perched on the window ledge. Fortunately, it didn't cause too much of an issue, and the hosts could take care of it by pigeon proofing the ledge in the future.

Everything I wanted to explore in the old town, including the Riva, was just a short walk away. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Jelena, the manager, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in and promptly resolving any issues I had. She was always available to answer any questions I had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
